Joaquim António Portugal Baptista de Almeida, CavIH (pronounced [ʒuɐˈkı̃ dɨ aɫˈmɐidɐ]; born March 15, 1957) is a Portuguese-American actor.

De Almeida was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He has worked in numerous films in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, German and French, including the TV series 24. Among the popular American films he has appeared in are Clear and Present Danger, Desperado and Behind Enemy Lines. Joaquim has also played Father Sanchez role on the independent movie The Celestine Prophecy and has voice acted as Hector Lopez in the video game Saints Row. He has also made an appearance in the TV show CSI: Miami. He is commonly known as "the Portuguese Phil Hartman" due to his striking resemblance to the late comedian. He often plays the part of a Latin drug dealer.

De Almeida became a naturalized American citizen in October of 2005.
