Joaquim Rafael Branco

Joaquim Rafael Branco (b. 1953) is a São Toméan politician. He served as the country's Foreign Minister from 2000 to 2001.

Branco was Public Works Minister in July 2003, when he was detained by the military during a briefly successful coup led by Major Fernando Pereira.
