Joanne Wise

Joanne Wise (born March 15, 1971 in Solihull, England) is a former athlete who competed in the long jump. She was an English Schoolgirls, Midlands, and 3 x AAA'S Juinior champion. She was also twice AAAs Champion in 1999, and 2000, she also won 3x Indoor AAAs titles also. And in 1997 added a U.K. Championship win also. She finished fourth at the 1997 World Indoor Championships and fifth at the 1999 World Championships, but her only Gold medal came in 1998 when she won the Commonwealth Games. Her personal best was 6.76, achieved in 1999. Also won Bronze medal at World Junior Champs Sudbury Canada 1988 6.69 British Indoor Record Holder 6.70
