Joan Beaufort was the name of several noted women in history.
- Joan Beaufort (1379-1440), was the Countess of Westmorland and a direct ancestor of all the sovereigns of England since Edward IV except for Henry VII, who was her brother's great-grandson and married to her great-granddaughter
- Joan Beaufort, d. 1445, was Queen Consort of Scotland and niece of the above.
