JNV, Gajanur (JVNG) is a boarding school near Gajanur, Shimoga, India. JNVG is funded by the Indian Ministry of Human Resources Development.
The school was started in 1986 in the campus of Gajanur vidyapeeta. Later the school got its own building in hilly area of Gajanur in 1990. The founder principal was Shri. H.N.S. Rao, who is now the Deputy Commissioner (Academics), NVS New Delhi.
There are many prominent JNVG alumni, including an IAS officer, officers in Indian Navy, officers in IAF, doctors, GenX Software Engineers.
