In the coming days I will resurrect Neighborhood Revitalization Program and I saw there was a deletion log. I'm not sure what the original article stated but NRP is in deed a nationally acclaimed program with numerous sources on it and is the foundation of Minneapolis neighborhood government for over 30 years + the primary source [www.nrp.org] confirms this anyway.
