[edit] Regarding article Jon Morby
The article you created at Jon Morby was listed for deletion as An article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject, criterion 7 in the criteria for speedy deletion, Articles section. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).
If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.
I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. -- malo (tlk) (cntrbtns) 01:27, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Opus-CBCS
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate your contributions to the Opus-CBCS article, but we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. Perhaps you would like to rewrite the article in your own words. For more information, take a look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Happy editing! (note: the article was reverted to an older revision). Conscious 09:59, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
Hi .. actually the content was reproduced with permission of the original author, and is the "official" history of Opus-CBCS
I am the current "caretaker" of the Opus-CBCS project, so the person who has the authority to publish such works.
However .. it is becoming clear that Wikipedia is only interested in being factually incorrect, and having the minimum of "accurate" content available online.

[edit] Opus-CBCS
I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Opus-CBCS, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:Opus-CBCS. You may remove the deletion notice, and the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. As this was the result of community decision, I've reenacted the redirect from the Jon Morby article to Fido.net. Pascal.Tesson 20:44, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
