I am a resident of Milford, Connecticut who decided in the spring of 2007 to begin to contribute to the Wikipedia community. I thought it might be fun to do upon occasion.

[edit] Interests

[edit] Conservative politics

I am a proud American and a conservative Republican who believes in common sense and tradition. My political interests were sparked around February of 2005 when I researched politics after hearing terms such as “conservative,” “liberal,” “Republican,” and “Democrat” on TV and wanting to know exactly where I fit in. Since then, I have been active in an array of conservative political activities ranging from voting and writing elected officials to listening to Sean Hannity and writing political editorials.

On January 4, 2008, I endorsed former Massachusetts Republican Governor Mitt Romney for President on my website.

[edit] Photography

I have an interest in photography and often enjoy using a manual film-based SLR camera, which, in my opinion, takes both skill and knowledge to operate effectively. Although I can concede that film photography will likely decline, I believe that there will always be a desire for some to want to control all aspects of the photographic process.

In September 2007 I purchased a Pentax K100D digital SLR camera, which decreased my use of my film-based SLR. Still, I hope to be able to do some home darkroom work someday with film SLRs and black and white film.
