Jose Luis Ochoa P. (January 18, 1978 - ) is a Mexican Engineer. He is currently in the D.Sc. program at CINVESTAV, Mexico. He also obtained the M.Sc. degree form the same institution, and have an Electronic Engineer degree form the Veracruz Technology Institute. His areas of study are: neural networks, FGMOS, digital electronic design, programming and computer interfaces. He imparts the Instrumentation II class at the National Polytechnical Institute.
Mr. Ochoa is also a hobby digital artist, focused on cartoons and comics. Check his gallery at deviantArt. He is also a relatively good drummer and a beginner playing the sax, and enjoys rollerblading.
