I am not your average, stereotypical football-playing, god-worshipping, Gangsta-rapping African-American. I vow not to live up these and any other stereotype, even if they accuse me to turning or pretending to be white. I have a right to live my life at my terms, not anyone else’s. Proud Black Nerd since 2003.

I believe that the Democrats have been corrupted and sold out by the Democratic Leadership Council. The party needs more socialism because social security and providing schooling and welfare is basically socialism. However I support the Green Party of the United States and any real progressive Democrats such as Senator Kurnich.

I have no set standard political ideology. I consider myself a Libertarian Socialist. I’m a libertarian in that people should be able to live their lives without interference from the government unless such activity interferes with the rights of others, but socialist in supporting class equality. This means I support universal health care, free education from Pre-k to public graduate school, progressive taxation, drug legalization, and the repeal of all laws that criminalize consensual actions.

I also found out a great truism in politics: Politicians often create, maintain, and worsen problems more than they can solve.

I’ve been to middle school in Benjamin Tasker Middle School and Andrew Jackson Middle School at the 7th and 8th grades respectively. I’ve been to Bowie High School for the 9th grade. Then I transferred to Kennedy Krieger High School where I graduated with a degree in Information Technology during the 10-12th grades as part of their Class of 2006 Currently I’m about to begin my second half of my freshman year at University of Maryland, College Park for a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Government. (Go Terps!) (I always wanted to go to UMD since age 7)

I love video games since I was seven. So for my favorite video games so far are Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II, Grand Trusimo 3 and 4, Final Fantasy XI: Online, Halo 2, the Shenmue Series, the Jet Set Radio Series, Suikoden III, and Need for Speed Most Wanted. Play on Xbox Live as Jkid4.

I like to listen to anything except country (except the Dixie Chicks) and Christian. (And definitely not into Gospel at all.) Most particularly I like to listen to Punk Rock, Rap, House, and Techno. I also like to listen to Passion FM 91.8 online, I discovered it online while radio surfing in England.

My favorite television shows are the all Law and Order series, Wife Swap, CinemaTech series ,XPlay, Walker: Texas Ranger ,Disorderly Conduct: Police Video on Patrol, America’s Most Wanted, Ugly Betty, P.O.V. Independent Lens, NOW, Frontline, Metelocolspe, Jackass, The Simpsons , Family Guy The Bill, American Dad, South Park , Futurama, Family Guy, Doctor Who, Hot Pursuit, Braniac: Science Abuse, 30 Days, Little Britian, and Judge John Deed.

I enjoy reading non-fiction books, non-superhero comics, and manga.

Sailor Moon was my first anime I have seen, after that it was You’re Under Arrest (I have seen the first episode OVA many times). Current favorites include Nurse Witch Komugi, Kodocha, Revolutionary Girl Utena (Introduced in 9th Grade), FLCL, Ghost in the Shell, Ghost in the Shell: 2nd Gig and Paranoia Agent.

I'm not into sports. As a matter of fact I hate sports, especially football. It makes normal men have testosterone poisoning. Not everyone is into sports, so do not tell me I should. But I don't complain about people who like or play them though.

[edit] A 3.5 Year-old Project

I'm currently authoring a book on the current state of American Broadcasting, Censorship, and Public Broadcasting. It's known as “Our Deteriorating Cultural Environment: From a Negro POV”. It has been 3.5 year project since July 2003. It will be a comic and serious look into media violence, public broadcasting, and public interest television. The book will have details to resolve our current problems with the media. Currently I’m rewriting the book since I concentrated more on high school. Hopefully it would be done by the spring term of the UMD freshman year. I hope.
