Jissen Pachi-Slot Hisshōhō! Hokuto no Ken (実戦 パチスロ必勝法! 北斗の拳) is a 2004 multiplatform video game based on the popular PachiSlot Hokuto no Ken (PACHISLOT 北斗の拳) machine manufactured the year before by the same brand. The video game's title could be translated in English by "Combat Pachi Slot Rule of Easy Victory Fist of the Big Dipper Pachi Slot".

More than 1 million copies of the PlayStation 2 "Normal Edition" (通常版) and "Limited Edition" (限定版) were sold in Japan.

In 2005 as a one year celebration, Sammy and Sega released an updated version named Jissen Pachi-Slot Hisshōhō! Hokuto no Ken Plus (実戦 パチスロ必勝法! 北斗の拳 Plus) and ported the title on handheld machines with a Nintendo DS version named Jissen PachiSlot Hisshou Hou! PachiSlot Hokuto no Ken DS (実戦 パチスロ必勝法! 北斗の拳 DS) and a PlayStation Portable version known as Jissen Pachi-Slot Hisshōhō! PachiSlot Hokuto no Ken Portable (実戦 パチスロ必勝法! 北斗の拳 ポータブル).

Sega released two PachiSlot USB peripherals dedicated to the Jissen PachiSlot Hisshou Hou! PlayStation 2 game series. A deluxe and a cheaper "Mini" model were both available on the Japanese market; The first being bundled in a special package with the PlayStation 2 "Limited Edition" PachiSlot Hokuto no Ken simulator and its sequel.
