Taken from the article page for being unattributed (& without context) opinion:

Assuredly, the bad behaviour of a few young loafers causes prejudices to the interests of this lovely town of JINKA. In JINKA, there are just a handful –no more- of bad citizens that are always yelling and showing themselves offensive to the tourists, so that they damage the business and the reputation of the entire town ! These persons are unable to understand that the tourism is an industry that may bring some prosperity for the citizens of a country ! Everytime they are lacking in respect and politeness, not only they spoil the interests of the quiet population of JINKA, but also they act against their own interest, their own future : these stupid young dead-losses - the worst of them being a toothless shrimp - haven’t even the idea that "they saw off the branch on which they are sitting" ! As a direct result, misbehaving with foreign visitors discourages the tourists from staying in JINKA.
