[edit] Please stop
Please stop nominating obvious misspelling redirects for deletion. Such redirects are common and helpful, as they prevent the accidental creation of duplicate articles under the wrong spelling. Your contributions history here makes it clear that you're familiar with wikipedia, so you already know this. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 15:20, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
I'm not too sure about your point: I don't see the two articles I edited as "common" mistakes, so there's not much point in keeping them. (read: there's no point.) As for your other remark, I only just signed up. I have no idea why my "contributions history" (two edits) would suggest anything else. You're probably mistaking me for someone else. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Hard reyne.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Hard reyne.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. - Sorry, but I thought that album covers are considered fair use by default. Jimmy Fleischer (talk) 13:12, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Beirut-Elephant Gun EP.jpeg
Thanks for uploading Image:Beirut-Elephant Gun EP.jpeg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 04:27, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:FishRaingods.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:FishRaingods.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 02:02, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Track times
I don't know why I deleted them...I'll put them back if you so desire...But all the information I added is 100% as it came out of the CD booklets :p

- Thanks for replying... This strikes me as odd, but we all do things without knowing why every once in a while, don't we? ;) Anyways, the track times should be restored, not just because I so desire ;) but because the guidelines says we should have them, as I just learned myself. As for things you added, I don't remember what they were now, but when they're out of the booklets I suppose they're fine. :) Jimmy Fleischer (talk) 12:10, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

Please remember to mark your edits as minor if (and only if) they genuinely are minor edits (see Help:Minor edit). Marking a major change as a minor one is considered poor etiquette. The rule of thumb is that only an edit that consists solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearranging of text without modifying content should be flagged as a 'minor edit.' Thank you. :) Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:02, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Album articles
A final note: nice work on all those album articles. :) It's particularly impressive given that you didn't know where to find the guidelines! --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:17, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks, compliment noted. :) It wasn't all that difficult, I just copied the style of the other album articles! Jimmy Fleischer (talk) 12:12, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
