Jimmy Ray Williams (born March 10, 1979 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana) is an American football cornerback for the Houston Texans. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Vanderbilt.
Williams has also been a member of the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.

Williams attended Episcopal High School and received a football scholarship to Vanderbilt University.

Williams was drafted in 2001 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills with the 33rd pick of the 6th round. He signed, however, with the San Francisco 49ers, where he served as a punt returner and cornerback through the 2004 season. Since 2004, he has played for the Seattle Seahawks which included his first Super Bowl appearance in 2005 as his Seahawks lost to the Steelers. On May 19, 2008 he signed with the Houston Texans.
