"Wiseguy" Jimmy Cicero is an American professional wrestler who competes in Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic independent promotions including International Professional Wrestling Alliance, [1] Maryland Championship Wrestling, [2] Mid-Eastern Wrestling Federation, House of Pain Wrestling Federation and the National Wrestling Alliance as well as stints in the United States Wrestling Association, Extreme Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Federation during the late 1990s.
Throughout the decade, he became well known for his feuds with independent wrestlers Devon Storm and Lance Diamond. As head trainer of the IPWA Wrestling School, among those trained by Cicero include such independent wrestlers as Joey Matthews and Christian York.
