Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville is the name of a United States-based casual dining American restaurant chain and a chain of stores selling Jimmy Buffett-themed merchandise. It is owned by the singer's Buffett’s Margaritaville Holdings LLC and named for his hit song "Margaritaville." In 1985, Buffett opened the first of the "Margaritaville" restaurants in Key West. In 2002, Buffett expanded his business ventures by opening his first Cheeseburger in Paradise Restaurant.

There are currently restaurants located in Key West, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Glendale, Arizona, Myrtle Beach, SC, New Orleans, LA, Panama City Beach, FL and Orlando, FL in the United States with others in Montego Bay, Negril, and Ocho Rios in Jamaica, Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos, George Town on Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands, and Cancún and Cozumel (pictured on the right) in Mexico. In 2008 a Margaritaville restaurant will open at Connecticut's Mohegan Sun casino. [2]

With the great popularity of the Margaritaville brand name, a line of tequila, margarita mixers, and frozen seafood and chicken meals have been created for purchase either through the Margaritaville website or local retailers.

In late 2006, Jimmy Buffett announced on the website that the Margaritaville Cafes will no longer purchase or serve Canadian seafood products. [4]

On May 15, 2007, Harrah's Entertainment announced plans to build the Margaritaville Casino and Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi on the site of the former Grand Casino Biloxi and Casino Magic Biloxi properties. [5]
