Jimmie F. Skaggs was born Jimmie Neumeier on December 20, 1944 in Hot Springs, Arkansas
Died July 6, 2004 in Highland Park, California, from lung cancer.
He was active in his high school productions at Elyria High School, and graduated in 1963.[citation needed]
He then graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Manhattan, New York, in 1970.[citation needed]
Married to Virginia Morris, until his death. He has been in many films and television shows.
