Jimmi Simpson (born 1975 in Hackettstown, New Jersey) is an American actor. He has had recurring roles on 24, Carnivàle, My Name Is Earl and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. His film credits include Loser, D.E.B.S., Herbie Fully Loaded, Stay Alive, Seraphim Falls and David Fincher's Zodiac. Simpson, a graduate of Bloomsburg University who has two older brothers, lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Melanie Lynskey, whom he met when they worked together on Stephen King's Rose Red. He recently collected a Theatre World Award for his work in The Farnsworth Invention.
