Jim Winkler

James (Jim) Winkler is the general secretary (a top executive) of the United Methodist Board of Church and Society.

He was among those arrested in front of the White House for Protesting the war in Iraq.

He also makes an appearance in the documentary film Renewal Or Ruin.

He is an advocate for gun control.
