The Jim Stynes Medal is awarded to the best player of the Australia international rules football team for each International Rules series.
It was first awarded in 1998 after the resumption of regular annual tests and is named after Jim Stynes, the former Gaelic footballer who went on to win the Brownlow Medal, the highest award in Australian rules football.
