Jim Mullaney

Jim Mullaney, ghostwriter of the The Destroyer paperback-novel series, was born in Massachusetts, the last of six children. He used to slice bologna for a living, has written for Marvel Comics and has contributed on The Destroyer to National Review Online. In addition to his Destroyer novels, he has with Warren Murphy co-authored the Destroyer companion guide, The Assassin's Handbook 2.

He has published 22 novels.

The first Destroyer novel to which he contributed was #88 - The Ultimate Death. He was the sole writer for #111-#131.

He has been named as the credited author (along with series co-creator Warren Murphy) of the Destroyer, published by Tor Books beginning May 2007.
