Jim Jeffries (born Perth, Western Australia) is an Australian comedian.

He has appeared on BBC television shows such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Have I Got News For You and Heaven and Earth. He has also performed spots on The World Stands Up, Comedy Blue and Edinburgh and Beyond for the Paramount Comedy Channel.

Jim has performed at numerous festivals, including the Edinburgh Fringe, Montreal Comedy Festival (Just for Laughs), Reading and Leeds Festivals and the Glastonbury Festival.

In April 2007 he was attacked on stage during a performance at The Comedy Store in Manchester, England by an Irish man who took exception to his response to a female heckler. The event was captured on the venue's CCTV cameras and appeared on several internet video sites, such as YouTube. This is now believed to have been seen by over seven million people[1]

His most recent UK television appearance was as a guest on Big Brother's Big Mouth on 10 January 2008.

On November 14th & 15th 2007, Jim appeared on the Opie and Anthony radio show on 92.3 K-ROCK/ XM Satellite Radio Channel 202. Jeffries returned to the show on April 2, 2008 and again on April 3 and April 4, 2008.

He has also featured on BBC Radio Five Live's Saturday morning sports show, Fighting Talk, becoming known on the show for his outspoken answers and distinctive laugh.
