Jim Hill High School is a public high school located in Jackson, Mississippi (USA), hosting the state's only International Baccalaureate (IB) program, which is a "vigorous" course dedicated to educating its students in worldly academic excellence. The school is known, among other things, for being the only one in the state to host the IB program; the Jim Hill Choir, which is noted for having travelled widely and ranking among the top choirs in the world; and its esteemed JROTC program SOAR programs that are hosted there. Lydia Haynes is the current principal of Jim Hill, replacing Dr. Earl Watkins in 2002. Barbara Hilliard is the current IB coordinator.

There were a total of 1,325 students enrolled in Jim Hill High during the 2006-2007 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 55% female and 45% male. The racial makeup of the school was 99.25% African American, 0.30% White, 0.38% Hispanic, and 0.08% Asian.[1]

Jim Hill was founded in 1912 by James Hill, hence the name "Jim Hill" High School, for the establishment of a secondary institution for African Americans in the Jackson, Mississippi area. The current building was constructed in the 1960's. The International Baccalaureate Program hosted there was established in 1992.
