Jim Boucher (Belleville, IL), is a former three time World Kickboxing Champion. He promotes a regular Kickboxing card: Worldclass Professional Kickboxing at Fischer's Ballroom in Belleville, IL. He is responsible for managing and promoting several current and former kickboxing champions:
