Jim Bob Helduser (b. February 27, 1957 in Groves, Texas) is an American football coach. He most recently served as offensive line coach at Texas A&M University.

Helduser is a Groves, Texas native and a 1975 graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School. He attended Texas Lutheran University, where he graduated in 1979. Helduser than became an assistant to Ray Alborn at Rice University. Following Alborn's dismissal in 1983, Helduser was out of the collegiate coaching ranks for a couple of years. In 1986, he was hired by John O'Hara to coach the quarterbacks, wide receiver and offensive linemen at Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University–San Marcos). Helduser remained in that position when O'Hara was replaced with Dennis Franchione in 1990.

After Franchione had left Southwest Texas State for the University of New Mexico, Helduser was promoted to head coach. In five seasons he compiled a 20–34–1 total record. After his fourth consecutive losing season, Helduser was replaced with Bob DeBesse. After another year out of coaching, Helduser was approached by Franchione to join his staff at Texas Christian University as offensive line coach. Helduser later followed Franchione to coach at the University of Alabama and Texas A&M University.
