Jim Bannon

Jim Bannon (1911 - 1984) was an actor in radio and Hollywood western films during the 1940s and 1950s. He is best remembered as the fourth cinema Red Ryder from 1949 - 1950.

Jim Bannon was also the first husband of American actor and comedian Bea Benaderet. Their son, Jack Bannon, was a regular on the TV show Lou Grant which starred Ed Asner.
