James Arnold (born January 31, 1961 in Dalton, Georgia) is a former professional American football player who was a punter for twelve seasons for the Kansas City Chiefs, the Detroit Lions and the Miami Dolphins. He went to the Pro Bowl after the 1987 and 1988 seasons.
