This screenshot is taken from the Simpsons Episode The Haw-Hawed Couple, taken by me. This screenshot image is to be used in the article List of Springfield Elementary School students and to be displayed/repsent Jimbo Jones in The Simpsons. This is a frame that has been screenshot and I strongly believe that any part of an episode or a single frame being used in an article to be served as a screenshot should be copyrighted.

This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This image illustrates the text next to which it appears, which describes the scene portrayed, or represent.
