Detective Chief Inspector Jill Marsden was a fictional police officer in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. She was played by Sophie Stanton.
DCI Marsden appeared from 2001 until she left in 2004. Whenever Phil Mitchell was involved in a crime, she was on his tail. She was heavily involved with the suspected murder of Lisa Fowler, helping to set up the honey-trap on Phil with Kate Morton. She fired the latter when she fell for Phil.
