  • Keep - Jibril is a Palestinian leader, widely regarded as a terrorist. This image is almost certainly owned by his group, the PFLP-GC, as they are very careful about who they allow to photograph him. I have no fast way of contacting them, don't particularly want to contact them, and they'd think I was nuts if I wrote to ask about free licences. This is clearly fair use.
