Jicosa is Juan Ignacio Cortiñas, a venezuelan journalist who lives in Madrid, Spain. His interests are wide, from stadistics to literature, from music to geography. He is an occasional Wikipedia contributer who rather make little changes, addenda and corrections than big articles or researches.
