JIBA is an international association of businessmen of the Khoja Shia Ithna Asheri Community, formed in 1991.

A few people, got together in London to discuss launching of an economic forum for the community. The participants at the meeting then formed JIBA.

Since then, JIBA INTERNATIONAL has been formed. It is registered in the United Kingdom and has chapters in Aden, Australia, Bangladesh, Dubai, India, Iran, Karachi, Kenya, Madagascar, Malaysia, New Zealand, Ontario, Reunion Island, Singapore, Tanzania, Uganda and the United States.
