Jia Kui
Traditional Chinese: 賈逵
Simplified Chinese: 贾逵
This is a Chinese name; the family name is Jia.

Jia Kui, (174, modern day Lifen, Shanxi – ca. 230), courtesy name Liangdao (梁道), was a general and bureaucrat of the Han Dynasty and subsequently of the Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period.

After appointments to several posts as prefect, governor, and Chief Secretary of the Prime Minister, Jia Kui was honored with the title of Lord of the Second Rank for his work in keeping his lands prepared for battle and well-supplied. During a skirmish with the Wu Kingdom, Jia Kui defeated the forces of Lu Fan, earning further accolades.

In 228, during the reign of Emperor Ming, he was posted with Cao Xiu to invade Wu, at the Battle of Shiting. However, the invasion was unsuccessful, and Jia Kui rescued Cao Xiu after the latter was isolated by the false defection of Zhou Fang, leading to a successful retreat.

In the Dynasty Warriors games, Jia Kui is credited for intervening in a succession dispute between Cao Pi and Cao Zhang, but it is unclear whether or not this event is historical or fiction inserted from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms novel.

Jia Kui's son, Jia Chong, served as an official for the Jin Dynasty which toppled the Cao Wei.
