Jia Chunwang

Jia Chunwang (Chinese: 贾春旺; Pinyin: Jiǎ Chūnwàng; born 1938) was the former Procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, a post equivalent to Attorney General in the United States.

Jia was born in Beijing in 1938 and served several important posts before reaching the position. Han Zhubin (韩杼滨) was his immediate predecessor.

Jia Chunwang was the member of the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th CPC Central Committee from 1987 to 2007.
