Jiři Malec (IPA: [ˈjɪr̝iː ˈmalɛts]) (born November 24, 1961) is a former Czechoslovak ski jumper who competed from 1985 to 1990.

At the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, he earned a bronze in the individual normal hill.
