070207-N-0684R-059 Pacific Ocean (Feb. 7, 2007) - The pilot of an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the "Black Knights" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Five Four (VFA-154) conducts pre-flight inspections before launching from aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group (JCSSG) is conducting flight and Integrated Strike Group operations off the coast of Guam as part of a deployment to promote peace, regional cooperation and stability.
