[edit] Proposed WikiProjects merger?

If you return...I made a proposal on the Christian music portal because I noticeed that several independent WikiProjects related to Christian music all had very small memberships (or at least only a few active participants). My proposal is to merge as many of the WikiProjects together as possible into one WikiProject (probably entitled Christian music WikiProject with task forces for each genre (Contemporary Christian music, Southern Gospel, urban contemporary gospel, etc.). The other option I proposed is to make Christian music as a whole a task force under the Christianity Wikiproject. Please share your thoughts on this issue on the discussion page on the Christian music portal. Absolon S. Kent (talk) 02:55, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Template:Minor Copyright

A tag has been placed on Template:Minor Copyright requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 22:22, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome Back...

Hey man, I saw the CeCe correction. Welcome back! BTW, I'm sorry I didn't notice that I posted that response on your user page and not your discussion page. My bad! Souldier77 (talk) 21:10, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Cecewinans.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Cecewinans.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it may be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 13:13, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:ThisIsMeEP.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:ThisIsMeEP.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 04:19, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Ron Kenoly

Hello Jgcarter:

You put a POV tag on the article Ron Kenoly last year. Will you please add a brief note in the talk page as to the way you think it is POV? If you can, that would be appreciated.

Thank you, Wanderer57 (talk) 14:59, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Alabasterbox.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Alabasterbox.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 18:54, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
