BBYO Regions and Communities are the collection of geographic regions that formally comprise the international B'nai B'rith Youth Organization. Regions vary in size, both geographically and in terms of overall membership. Many regions trace their roots to the numerical "district" system which was phased out in the 1990's and replaced with the regional system; the final remaining international districts were disbanded in 2002.

Although the majority of BBYO members and programs exist in North America, BBYO also exists on a smaller scale in countries around the world. Many of these are affiliate chapters not technically under the control of the international office.

BBYO maintains a partnership with an Israeli youth organization called Tzameret, with roughly 20 chapters in the country with both Jewish and Druze membership. Tzameret is a relatively new organization formed by a merger which included the Noar L'Noar organization, which previously partnered with BBYO.

BBYO United Kingdom & Ireland (formerly known as District 15) continues to be affiliated with its local B'nai B'rith chapters; all of its chapters are BBYO chapters (both males and females). Netzer BBYO operates in France, also administering BBYO programs in Switzerland and Luxembourg. Bulgaria has one of the most active BBYO programs outside of North America, with its members participating in international programs at a high rate. Previously, BBYO ran an annual pilgrimage of North American members to Bulgaria called called "Ambassadors to Bulgaria".

Thailand BBYO was formed in 2005 by BBYO alumni who held a city-wide Channukah event in Bangkok.

Curacao has a single chapter, George Maduro BBYO. Curacao is also used to administer BBYO programs in South America.

South African BBYO has chapters in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban. They are focused mainly on community service programming.

The Australian BBYO office is maintained in Sydney, administering both in Australia and in New Zealand.
