When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labelled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Tämä jäi kirjoittamatta keskustelusivulleni (, koska minut on heivattu viikoksi ulos...):

Ei se mitään uutta tutkimusta ole, jos johdonmukaisesti laittaa esp. México-nimisen valtion México-nimisen pääkaupungin olemaan suomeksi Meksikon pääkaupunki Meksiko. Samoin on laita myös Brasilian valtion ja Brasilian kaupungin!

Mitä tarkoittaa keskustelusivullani Itä-Uudenmaan kohdalla:

En ole yhden ainuttakaan kuvaa laittanut koskaan Wikipediaan, joten syytös esim. Itä-Uudenmaan vaakunan tekijänoikeuden rikkomisesta on aiheeton. Sen sijaan olen keskustellut vaakunasta ja tuntuupa se nyt olevankin oikea.

Jos siis tuollaisesta on kysymys, ottanet ystävällisesti yhteyttä Jannexiin, itse kun en viikkoon pääse...

Now that I am blocked in fi.wiki I must approach you this way. Frank, for personal hatred towards me, has decided to take advantage of my block and vandalize my user discussion page with a phony Sock puppet charge: http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keskustelu_k%C3%A4ytt%C3%A4j%C3%A4st%C3%A4:Jaakko_Sivonen Everyone knows this is not true, I have wrtitten with my own name for long in Suomi24 for example. Minusta sock puppet -epäily on melko kaukaa haettu, mutta eipä taida kyltin yksipuolinen poistaminen ilman keskustelua ihan sallittua sekään olla. Suosittelen jättämään täällä en.wikissä viestin vaikka Jniemenmaan keskustelusivulle. Kun IP:t on tarkistettu, epäily ainakin voidaan lopullisesti poistaa mahdottomana varmentaa. --Jetman 16:57, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Tein noin. Minulle on kuitenkin täysin mahdotonta puolustautua fi.wikissa muokkauseston vuoksi ja tämän Frank tietääkin (ja siksi toimi). Olen kirjoittanut mm. Suomi24:ssa, Karelia Forumilla ja Ezboardilla omalla nimelläni kauemmin kuin olen muokannut Wikipediaa nimelläni tai aktiivisesti IP:na. Mielestäni tuossa on tarpeeksi todisteita. Lisäksi olen muokannut runsaasti muitakin aiheita kuin kielipolitiikkaa Wikipediassa ja aloittanut kuusi aiheeseen liittymätöntä artikkelia. --Jaakko Sivonen 17:23, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

Hi I've checked the lyrics sites, but cannot find an English translation, so assume you are right! Are you sure about the album title though. Internet sites I've looked at don't seem to agree with you! regards Tony 21:41, 18 February 2007 (UTC)Tony

"Lapsi" is Finnish for a child, and it does really tell about a father raping his own son. I am too sleepy to translate the lyrics now, but you can ask anyone at the Finnish Wikipedia... ;) --Jetman 22:00, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

After Dahmer and Sinthasomphone were left alone, the boy was strangled, sexually abused and then dismembered. Dahmer ate some of the parts, while others were kept as trophies.

Dahmer had abused Konerak's brother in 1988.

It says JD ate KS. Isnt that speculation? JD only admitted to eating #8 Ern Miller. _Lilkunta 23:10, 17 April 2007 (UTC).

Hi! I'm waiting for the press announcement to add the reference. The news of his death came from a statement from his family. As the reference is not readily available, I have not re-edited the article after I was reverted. Andreou died yesterday at 11:30 local time. [edit] Year Articles

I have noticed you have been changing the format in the articles of the different years. You have been creating subbullets when a specific day is repeated rather than adding the date in again. It doesn't say it in all the year articles but from the 1990 article.

Link dates even if repeated, for date-format preferences. Preferred style is to repeat dates, shorter than sub-bullets, and helps search-engines to display related dates.

If you think it is better the way you are doing please discuss the changes, but right now the preferred style is to enter the date multiple times. Thanks. Jons63 (talk) 20:13, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
