[edit] Nomination for deletion of Soprano Roles in Musicals

This is to inform you that the article you created on Soprano Roles in Musicals has been nominated for deletion as it highly resembles the article List of soprano roles in musicals which was deleted by an AFD. I invite you to discuss such lists on the Voice type talk page. Past issues/ problems involving such lists have been discussed there. Also, within wikipedia there is a set format for naming articles. Only the first word is capitalized unless following words are propper nouns. So a better name for your page would have been Soprano roles in musicals as opposed to Soprano Roles in Musicals. Also, creating lists without citations of credible sources is not acceptable practice on wikipedia. The exception would be category pages which are based on sources on individual pages through the use of category tags. If you want to create a list of soprano roles I suggest finding some musical theatre books with such lists and citing them.Nrswanson (talk) 15:55, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

The problem was not with the word "in" but the fact that you capitalized the words "roles" and "musicals" which are not propper nouns. Check out wikipedia's manual of style.Nrswanson (talk) 16:59, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Signing your comments

Hi JesusRocks123. Sorry to be so nitpicky with you today and I am not doing it to be mean or give you a hard time. If you notice, every time I write a personal comment on wikipedia it has my name after it. This is my signature and it is common curtesy on wikipedia to sign all comments. You do this by typing four ~s at the end of your comment.Nrswanson (talk) 16:41, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
