[edit] Villamor post-WWII

It is said that after WWII the then president of the Philippines asked Jesus to leave the Philippines and reside in the U.S. due to his overwhelming popularity and possible political power. Indeed Jesus Villamor did end up settling in the United States on the East Coast. There is very little information I have read about his children or the years after his departure from the Philippines.

I have met the man a couple times.

It also may be noted that at least three of his grand nephews ended up joining the U.S. Air Force in the mid to late 80's. None of them were pilots.

I would welcome anymore information about Jesus Villamor's history and post WWII events surrounding his life.
