This is the beginning of a discussion page for this site. 11/5/2006. The proper rationale for use of this image under Wikipedia's fair use policy has been properly given on the image page. Further reversions to earlier versions of this page will be considered Vandalism and will be reported as such to the Wikipedia administrators using the Wikipedian's name. Thank you, Jesse Glass

I'm afraid that's not quite how it works. For something to be considered vandalism it has to be overtly malicious or disruptive, the removal of a single image over FU concerns would likely not be counted unless it was accompanied by other detrimental actions. I should also advice you that it is considered bad form to delete talk page content. Generally speaking you should always respond to something but leave it intact so that others may follow the thread of events clearly. For example you are clearly writing in response to a dispute, but you have deleted what that actual dispute is. This is not a good way to go about editing.
