I agree the article shouldn't be deleted, but surely it should be trimmed. As it is, it reeks of self-promotion; it has every single thing he's ever published, several times over (mentioned in the article, listed by year, and usually mentioned in a review listing). It may be the most detailed author article on Wikipedia; it's surely the most detailed about a writer nobody but the most fanatical readers of modern poetry has ever heard of. What would be the loss in reducing it to the first paragraph plus a list of books (not individual poems!) published?--Languagehat 15:52, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
