Jesus A Padron (born April 9, 1977), is a retired American football running back. He was an undrafted free agent coming out of college for the Miami Dolphins in 1998. Spent one season on the Miami Dolphins practice squad. In college, he played for the University of Miami, and spent two years as the team's second string rusher behind All Pro running back Edgerrin James, rushing for 1,236 yards. Padron was a football and wrestling star at Deming High School in Deming, New Mexico before graduating in 1995.
His brief career as a pro ended in Padron tallying 35 rushing yards and 76 receiving yards in four pre-season games, never making it to the final regular season roster. Padron's career ended the following year after a back injury in pre-season forced him to retire.
