Jessie Flower (born August 18, 1994 in Indiana) is an American actress. Most recently, she has been voicing Toph in Avatar: The Last Airbender. In the first season, she voiced Meng in the episode "The Fortuneteller". She has also been in Meet the Robinsons, Over the Hedge, Kronk's New Groove, Finding Nemo, The Emperor's New School, Spider Man 2, Son of the Mask, and Bad News Bears.

Jessie Flower was born August 18,1994 in Southern Indiana. She now lives with her mother in Los Angeles and moved there when she was four. Her work as an actress started when she wanted to be in a commercial. Now she has been in many including a Barbie commercial and a Mitsubishi commercial. Jessie's voice can be heard in TV shows and movies such as Finding Nemo, Son of the Mask, Bad News Bears, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. Jessie also has guest starred in television shows and been in live performances such as General Hospital, Strong Medicine, Meet Me In St. Louis as the role of Tootie, and Annie as the role of Annie. Jessie is interested in singing and wants to record an album. She is also interested in heart surgery and might want to become a heart surgeon. Her hobbies include reading, drawing, and spending time with friends. In the Doraemon 2005 series, she was voiced as Jaiko and in Doraemon the Movie: Nobita and the Green Giant Legend 2008, she also voiced as Roku-chan.
