Jessica Tovey (born 10 November 1987) is an Australian actress. She currently plays the role of Belle Taylor on the long-running Australian soap opera Home and Away [1].

She was born in Sydney, and is the daughter of author Libby Gleeson. She graduated from the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, where she appeared in a number of stage productions. She was a part of the New South Wales State Drama Company and played numerous theatre roles, including the lead in a New Theatre Production of Seven Little Australians.

Jessica has played numerous of roles at Australian Theatre for Young People and has had roles in drama festivals and in The Global Shakespeare Festival. In 2005 she played she role "Nadine" in the children's program Wicked Science. When she landed the role for Belle, Jessica said it was a dream come true; "Working on Home and Away has been fantastic. It’s something I have always wanted to do and I feel really very lucky to be here." She is also currently the spokesperson for Impulse's deodorant "Impulse Tease".

Jessica used to date her former co-star Bobby Morley who also played her onscreen on/off boyfriend Drew Curtis, she confirmed this in an interview with TV WEEK. To relax she goes out for coffee with her friends and just has lazy afternoons. Her favourite bands are Beautiful Girls, Powderfinger and Red Hot Chilli Peppers. She also enjoys singing, but according to herself she is not too good at it.
