Jessica Rylan is a musician and sound artist from Boston, USA, who performs noise music under the name Can't. She has designed and constructed modular synthesizers and analogue electronic instruments for the creation of her music.
Jessica's work appears on releases from Load, Kitty Play, RRRecords, and her own imprint Friendship Bracelet.
