Jessica Anne Jordan Burton (born on May 3, 1984 in Beni, Bolivia) , Miss Bolivia 2007, has been crowned Reina Internacional del Cafe 2008. She is the only child born to an English father and a Bolivian mother. Her father is a petroleum engineer. His career required the family to move around a lot. Along with Bolivia, Jessica has lived in Scotland, England and Brazil. Vacations would be spent on her mother's farm in Bolivia. Jessica says: One of my passions is traveling and I don't mind doing it on my own. Meeting new people, new cultures, seems fascinating to me. I like volunteering and giving speeches in schools. I love children, nature, fishing, and horseback riding.

Burton competed in the Miss Earth 2006 pageant and did not place, although she did place in the top fifteen of the preliminary swimsuit competition. On May 28, 2007, Burton represented Bolivia in the Miss Universe 2007, but again did not place.

Jessica Jordan began her pageant career when she won the Miss Latina World title in 2003.

Jessica made a television appearance in 2005 on HD-Net's Get Out! program where she toured the city of Freeport in the Bahamas. The adventure, culture and entertainment show featured Jessica opposite host Lindsay Clubine of Deal or No Deal fame.
