Jesseca Liu (Chinese: 刘芷绚; born February 13th 1979) is a television actress from Singapore's Mediacorp.
Liu was born in Langkawi, Malaysia but came to Singapore to be a full time actress after being spotted by an executive producer. Jesseca now has a substantial fan base in Singapore, which is comparable to other young actresses such as Jeanette Aw and Rui En. She is also seen as one of the potential successors for the respected title of "Ah Jie" (big-sister), now currently held by veteran actresses Fann Wong and Zoe Tay.
She is the second tallest actress in the television station, ranking second to Huang Bi Ren. Her height and thin body size helped her secure a plum role in Portrait of Home as a Vietnamese bride, Ruan Mianmian. Through that role, many Singaporeans started to notice her.
