Jesse Winchester (born October 4, 1983 in Long Sault, Ontario, Canada) is a professional ice hockey player. On March 25, 2008, after graduating from Colgate University, he signed with the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League.

He played junior hockey for the Cornwall Colts of the Central Junior A Hockey League. He was not drafted professionally and attended Colgate University, graduating in 2008. He signed with and played in one game for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League in 2007–08.
